"I called Suburban Sanitation Service, Inc's. Canton office and they were quick to come out and analyze the problem with the leach field. Being that it was winter time and the ground was pretty frozen and covered with snow they were still able to quickly figure out what was going on. They were polite and courteous and professional at all times. I specifically dealt with Jon Carroll who was always punctual and very responsive to my concerns. The work was completed in a timely fashion. The work was done by a very competent crew and I was pleased with my experience with them. I was spending a good hunk of change but felt comfortable in doing so."
