"Extemely Helpful"
"My septic tank was over flowing. I called SSS and the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and took the time to explain what might be happening in my particular situation. She even took the time to get details on my septic system that were filed with the town. She setup an appointment for me and the crew came out right on time. Some workers tend to shy away when the homeowner is present and is interested in what is going on, these guys were polite and explained what they were doing, how I could prevent the problem and good general practices for my particular septic system. The price was fair and competitive. I would highly recommend this company. Additionally their website is top notch, which I also find important in todays internet based market place."
