Wet wells/lift stations are the low points for gravity-flow sewer systems. At the wet well, incoming sewage is pumped from a well to a higher grade to continue the gravity flow to the outlet point. As solid materials enter the lift station, solid material will accumulate in the bottom of the wet well and incoming sewage lines. Solid materials can often clog or damage pump impellers, so regular cleaning and maintenance is required.
At Suburban Sanitation Service of CT, we have the solutions to all of your septic needs. The majority of our lift station/sump calls are for emergency service work. It is equally vital to maintain the equipment and use it correctly. Proper care and observation of this equipment may help prevent a catastrophic backup.
Suburban Sanitation is equipped to clean wet wells, with experienced technicians trained thoroughly for this process. Whether you need regularly scheduled maintenance or one-time cleaning, we will find the schedule that is best for your system.
